Snapshot: Fine Fare Supermarkets - 145th/Harlem North, Manhattan, NY

The former Roosevelt Theater was at some point converted to a Pioneer Supermarket, which closed in 2007 before being opened as a Fine Fare in 2010. It appears that the Fine Fare is owned by Retail Grocers Group CEO Rudy Fuertes.
The interior looks quite nice, if very cramped. At 15,000 square feet, the store is actually rather large but competes with a significantly larger Pathmark-turned-Foodtown a block west that's closer to the 40,000 square foot range. This store is located at 2497 Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd.

One other note... I write all my posts way beforehand, including adding in all the links and everything. I've noticed that the links to historical Google Maps street views have spontaneously combusted. I'm fixing them as I come across them, but in the event you see one that still doesn't work or links to the wrong street view, please let me know. Thanks!
