Cherry Hill has any number of supermarkets; two ShopRites, a Wegmans, a few Asian supermarkets, and others. I wasn't entirely sure how to choose which stores to visit in town, so I did a few hoping to get back and see the rest. So I wasn't planning to go to this Whole Foods, but I was instead stopping here only for the MOM's Organic Market across the street. I wasn't too impressed with MOM's, but the Whole Foods looks quite nice especially since the arch roof from the store's early days as a Food Fair is still intact. It was later converted to Pantry Pride, then became a ShopRite when Pantry Pride closed. After ShopRite (unclear which owner, but likely Ravitz), it became a Genuardi's. Whole Foods came in in 2014. And by the way, not only is the arched roof still there, but so is the tower sign. Not too far from what we saw in Collingswood, although there are a few minor differences between the buildings. Tomorrow, we're taking a look at a former supermarket east on route 70 on Grocery Archaeology!
