Across Prospect Street from yesterday's Juan Supermarket is the ShopRite at 25-43 Prospect Street in downtown Yonkers. In 2013, this 40,000-square-foot urban store closed temporarily for a
renovation to the current
very attractive decor package. Like most Westchester ShopRites, this store is owned by SRS (ShopRite Supermarkets, Inc., or the corporately-owned branch of Wakefern Food. It's on the ground floor of the Greenway Plaza. Our next stop will be about three blocks east on New Main Street!
