Apologies for the photographic mediocrity today. I had 26 stores to get to this day, so there was unfortunately no time to stop here. This store was previously a D'Agostino, and the 17,000 square foot location was taken over by the DeCicco family in 2003. I believe it opened as a CTown and at some later point was converted to DeCicco Marketplace (now DeCicco Family Markets, to distinguish from DeCicco & Sons).
I'm willing to bet that this location was not built as a D'Agostino. Can anyone offer insight as to what it was previously? Anyway, Jefferson Valley (part of Yorktown) is our last Westchester stop, next we're taking a slight detour off of US-6 to Mahopac Falls in Putnam County, where we'll see a store tomorrow on The Independent Edition!

DeleteJust FYI - Not this store, but they have one in Cornwall, NY, that is going to be closing in March 2023. Didn't see a post on that one, but wanted to let you know about it in case you were interested (or knew someone in that area that could go there to cover it).
