Towards the southern part of Bordentown, across town from where we saw the ShopRite yesterday, we find this roughly 32,000 square foot former ACME subdivided, now featuring an approximately 18,000 square foot ALDI which opened in 2015 in a former Bottom Dollar Food location. We'll be seeing a few more former locations of the ill-fated Delhaize-owned chain as we progress through the area, and maybe we saw one already...? (That store still confuses me.) Bottom Dollar occupied the space from 2012 to 2015, but between the ACME's closure in 2007 and Bottom Dollar's opening in 2012, the space remained vacant.
