We arrive at our next Publix snapshot, and again, sadly I do not have any Publix tours. I do think there are many wonderful Publix tours over at Albertsons Florida Blog, which I highly recommend. This 38,000 square foot store is just over half a mile from yesterday's Harris Teeter and just under half a mile from the next southern Harris Teeter at 675 Folly Road, which I did not photograph. Up next we move south on Folly Road about two and a half miles to the southern part of James Island, where we'll be seeing our next three stores. Come back tomorrow to check out the next!
Update Local expert Carlton Swift says: "There was a Winn Dixie here before Publix. It was torn down and rebuilt for Publix."
