In February, the CTown Supermarket on University Avenue in Morris Heights burned down in an overnight fire. The building was destroyed, but the 9500 square foot space -- now just an empty lot -- is being prepared for a new CTown. The sign shown here, at least, indicates they're planning to rebuild. Morris Heights more recently had a building partially collapse, and the various destruction of buildings around here might be due to the fact that so many of the buildings in this neighborhood are very old. I'll be sure to get back and check it out once the new store is built!
