(Unfortunately, I have yet to visit the Newtown and Yardley locations. The other locations we've seen are Blue Bell , Princeton , West Windsor , and Doylestown .) This is also the newest McCaffrey's until Gladwyne opens, having only opened in 2020. It also uses a decor package we haven't really seen in any other location, although it's not unlike what we saw in Doylestown. The roughly 29,000 square foot store opened in a former Staples that was itself part of a former department store. There was also an earlier grocery anchor in this mall, which we'll see tomorrow. Inside, the store has the same modern industrial-rustic aesthetic that we saw in the Rastelli Market Fresh in Evesham . As we'll see, this store has approximately the same decor package. Simply Fresh by McCaffrey's Owner: Jim McCaffrey III Opened:  2016 Cooperative:  none Location:  200 W State St, Doylestown, PA Photographed:  July 22, 2021 It's time for another McCaffrey's store! And as you can probably guess, this one is going to be just as spectacular as the others, if not more so. Everything in this store is packed into just 13,000 square feet in downtown Doylestown, and because of the store's smaller footprint and more perishables-focused product mix, it has been branded Simply Fresh by McCaffrey's. A building previously housing a historic Ford dealership has been beautifully renovated for this store. You can get an idea of this store's setup in these exterior pictures, as well as its position right on a downtown street. The store is more or less divided into two halves. McCaffrey's Food Markets Owner: Jim McCaffrey III Opened:  2016 Cooperative:  none Location:  1301 W Skippack Pk, Blue Bell, PA Photographed:  July 22, 2021 We are touring our next McCaffrey's Food Market, which I believe is also the largest in the chain at apparently around 75,000 square feet. This store was built as a Clemens, which became SuperFresh in 2006 and McCaffrey's in 2016 when A&P went under. If you look carefully at my first picture, you'll notice that there's still a Clemens Cleaners, presumably unrelated to the supermarket chain, right next door. We enter through a hallway that then turns us to the left into the grand aisle. At the front of the grand aisle are floral, coffee/juice, and bakery, with produce behind that and then meat, seafood, and cheese at the back. The rest of the meat department lines the back wall, with deli in the back right corner along with the beer and wine department. Dairy is in the first aisle and frozen is in the last. ...
