None are left, though, but the last one standing is (was?) D'Errico's Market, just off Shrewsbury on Central Street. We can trace a grocer with the last name D'Errico way back to Peter D'Errico at 173 Shrewsbury Street in 1922, then Vincenzo D'Errico at 177 Shrewsbury Street (both now a parking lot) in 1927, then Peter D'Errico again at 151 Shrewsbury from 1931 to 1952. D'Errico's Market Owner: Rodrigo DeOliveira Opened:  2020-2022 Cooperative:  Krasdale Foods Location:  167 Cambridge St, Webster Square, Worcester, MA Photographed:  February 15, 2020; August 19, 2020; and February 3, 2022 Just across the train tracks from Best Price Farm is this little D'Errico's Market! D'Errico's is a longtime Worcester market, dating back to the 1950s in their original location out on Central Street. (Side note: the name is pronounced "duh-REEco's," not "DER-ih-co's" as I had assumed.) After the original D'Errico family sold the business, I believe it went through a few different owners before settling in the DeOliveira family. Rodrigo DeOliveira took the business over from his father in 2017, then began expanding from the original location which we'll see shortly.
