Hudson, just across the Merrimack River from Nashua, is home to two supermarkets. In the northern part of town is this Hannaford, and a Market Basket is to the south that we'll see shortly. I don't know the history here too well, but this store was built around the mid-1990s, probably as a Shop 'n Save, then probably converted to Hannaford around the early 00s. The opposite end of the strip mall looks like it could've been an older supermarket, so maybe Shop 'n Save moved around the 1990s.

Today, this store is around 58,000 square feet and older than the very modern Nashua location, but still in excellent shape. It doesn't have the latest decor package, but has been kept up well enough that it doesn't really look dated. The grand aisle is on the left side of the store, with produce in the front-left corner and bakery in an island facing it. Wine and deli are at the back, with meat and seafood on the back wall. Dairy and frozen are on the right side of the store. There's also an alcove in the front-right corner with beer, soda, and snacks. This store previously had a pharmacy but no longer does, and while I'm not sure where it was, I would bet it was in an island between produce/bakery and the grocery aisles.

The interior doesn't feel dated at all and is absolutely spotless. Hannaford is very consistent with its remodels, so I wouldn't be surprised if this store is updated soon, but for now it hardly needs it.
